About the role
Vertus HealthCare is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for home health assignments with immediate openings for morning, night, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Support skilled nursing services under supervision
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license
- 1+ year of CNA experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Current CPR certification
- AHCA Level II Background Screening
- Physical and TB test (within 6 months)
- Required CEUs (Medication Assistance, OSHA, HIV/AIDS, Infection Control, etc.)
