Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to observe and report patient condition changes to ensure optimal care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Minnesota
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Preferred experience: six or more months in a nursing facility (not mandatory)
