Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- Full Time

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital - Northern Kentucky is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are integral in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Perform services for patients including bathing, oral hygiene, oral feeding, and hair care
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers and assist transporters in moving patients
• Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs
• Keep patients' rooms clean and orderly
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years)
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field (e.g., medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student)

Schedule

• Full Time - 12 Hour Shifts - Day Shift 7:00am-7:00pm & Night Shift 7:00pm-7:00am
