About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Clinical Team and provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We value dedicated professionals committed to enhancing residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and services based on individual care plans
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Offer friendly and respectful customer service to residents and families
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the Wellness Team
• Document care provided in electronic health records

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current CNA license in good standing
• Prior healthcare experience is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills and a caring attitude
