Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage basic care activities with a customer service-oriented delivery of care to patients
- Support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
- Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
Requirements
- Current Washington State CNA license
- Current BLS Certification
- One (1) year experience in a physician's office or other medical facility preferred
Department-Specific Requirement
Must have a minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Acute Care/Hospital setting.

Founded in 1896, MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hospital serving the greater Spokane region. Pay and Benefits
Starting pay: $21.18 per hour (based on licensed experience). Shift and weekend differentials available. Tuition reimbursement and opportunities for career growth. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $21.18 - $31.68 USD, influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
FTE: 0.9 (Full-Time) | Shift: Days, 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Schedule: TBD (Self-scheduling model utilized. Rotating holidays & weekends required. Candidates must have open availability; specific schedules or patterns cannot be guaranteed.)
