Pay
Earn $19.46–$21.74 per hour, depending on experience, with additional $2.00/hour shift and weekend differentials.
Responsibilities
- Providing hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities
- Helping residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence
- Paying attention to residents’ needs and communicating concerns to the appropriate team members
- Supporting residents with patience, respect, and compassion
- Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the community team
Requirements
- A current Indiana CNA certification
- A genuine interest in caring for older adults
- Dependability and a team-oriented approach
- The ability to treat residents with dignity, patience, and respect
Previous senior care experience is helpful, but a caring attitude and commitment to residents are essential.
Schedule
- Part-time or full-time opportunities
