About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morton Plant Rehab-Madonna Ptak Center on the Morton Plant Hospital campus, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate patient care under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. You will be an essential part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a clean, beautiful facility.

Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or willingness to obtain before start date
Qualifications
- One year or more of Certified Nursing Assistant work experience in a Long-Term Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred but not required
- Newly licensed Certified Nursing Assistants are encouraged to apply

BayCare - Madonna Ptak Morton Plant Rehabilitation Center is located on the beautiful campus of Morton Plant Hospital and offers inpatient physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy in combination with inpatient complex nursing services.

Pay
Shift bonuses are available.
Schedule
- Status: Full Time (40 hours a week)
- Shift Hours: Days (6:45am-3:15pm)
- Weekend Work: Every other weekend
- Overtime: Available, but not required
- On Call: No
