About the role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Care Partner to join our compassionate, inclusive, and family-oriented team. Our state-of-the-art Memory Care community in Marietta, Georgia (right off I-75) offers all private rooms. Full-time and part-time positions require working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Provide person-directed care in a long-term care/skilled nursing community
• Work collaboratively with LPNs and fellow CNA care partners
• Maintain accurate documentation (electronic charting preferred)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements

• Current Georgia CNA Certification
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred (willing to train newly certified CNAs)
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Memory Care experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong organization and time management skills

Pay

$18–$20 hourly wage
