Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Cardiac Telemetry (MFT5)

The Certified Nursing Assistant – Acute Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

About the role

This is a 40-bed cardiac telemetry unit. This fast-paced diagnostic and procedural unit cares for a complex cardiac population of patients including: NSTEMI, AFIB, Unstable Angina, Advanced Heart Failure and LVADs.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.

Requirements

Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
