About the role

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. This is a great opportunity to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents
• Helping residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments
• Following infection control procedures
• Documenting and charting care for each resident
• Protecting residents' rights
• Adhering to policies and standards

Requirements

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• A caring and loving personality and demeanor
• The ability to work your scheduled shift
• The ability to read, write, and speak English

Pay

WIN position works 32 hours per week, 2-16 hours per day, and gets paid for 40 hours.
