Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

About the Role

We are currently searching for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Harmony West Des Moines. This role is the front line of our Clinical Department, ensuring residents receive high-standard care through Activities of Daily Living, condition monitoring, safety maintenance, and ongoing education.

Schedule

• Weekend Package (Friday–Sunday): 6pm–6am, 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, or 10pm–6am
• PRN (as-needed) shifts available

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment
• Maintain ongoing education and training

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa-accredited CNA training course with completed Written and Skills exams
• Prior CNA experience preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
