About the role
We are currently searching for Certified Nursing Assistants, CNA’s to join our friendly, caring and supportive team!
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Huron by performing Activities of Daily Living.
- Observe changes in condition and ensure a safe environment.
- Maintain education and ensure residents are comfortable and safe.
Requirements
- Minimum: Unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course.
- Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
