About the role
We are currently searching for Certified Nursing Assistants, CNA’s to join our friendly, caring and supportive team!
Responsibilities
- Ensure residents receive the high standard of care expected at Avantara Lake Norden.
- Perform Activities of Daily Living.
- Observe changes in resident condition.
- Maintain a safe environment for residents.
- Maintain education and knowledge in nursing practices.
Requirements
- Unencumbered State of South Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of South Dakota Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course.
- Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but not required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
