About the role

Bella Terra La Grange is a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in La Grange, Illinois, holding The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval® Certification for Post-Acute Care and Accreditation for Nursing Care. Our multilingual team speaks Spanish, Polish, Arabic, and Tagalog to ensure all residents receive support in their preferred language. The facility is situated about 15 miles southwest of Chicago in a community known for historic homes, Frank Lloyd Wright-designed buildings, and extensive paved bicycle and multiuse trails.

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents
• Observe changes in resident condition
• Ensure a safe environment for residents
• Maintain ongoing education and training

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, OR
• Certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training course

Qualifications

• Prior CNA experience is preferable but not required—willing to invest in the right candidate

Pay

$19 - $25.50 per hour, with same-day pay available.
