Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Libertyville by performing Activities of Daily Living.
• Observe changes in condition and ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain education and provide compassionate care.

Requirements

• A minimum of an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course.
• Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable but not required.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Pass a physical examination.
