- Exceptional nursing care skills in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Training, support, tools & equipment provided to ensure high-quality care
- Support from a team of nursing care professionals & mentors including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator
- Responsibilities such as enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of residents, helping with ADLs, preparing for therapy sessions, activities and appointments, following infection control procedures, documenting care, protecting residents' rights, and adhering to policies and standards
