Responsibilities
- Providing in-home healthcare services with a focus on patient comfort and well-being
- Performing skilled transfers, vital signs, range of motion exercises, and assisting with activities of daily living
- Documenting care activities accurately and timely
- Supporting patient hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in practice state(s)
- Current CPR certification and TB test
Skills
- Experience with patient transfers, vital signs, and documentation
- Ability to assist with daily living activities and basic patient care
