Responsibilities

• Care for residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
• Assist with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to supervising nurses
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow infection control protocols and assist with cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Licensure: Idaho Certified Nursing Assistant license required
• New graduates welcome with comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship provided

Qualifications

• Passion for providing compassionate care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
