Spearfish Canyon Healthcare is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their skilled nursing facility. The position supports residents' care needs, fosters a positive reputation, and aligns with Eduro Healthcare's values.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) care for residents
- Report observations of the patient to nursing supervisor
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Answer patients’ call lights and requests
- Absorb patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
- Prepare patients for transfers or discharge
- Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
- Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
- Assist in the provision of emergency care
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by South Dakota required
- BLS certification from the AHA required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and a passion for working in long-term care. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay range: $20.00/hour - $25.00/hour
