Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) care for residents
- Report observations of the patient to nursing supervisor
- Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
- Answer patients' call lights and requests
- Absorb patients for eating, dressing, and bathing
- Prepare patients for transfers or discharge
- Comply with all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
- Observe patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
- Assist in the provision of emergency care
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by Montana required
- BLS certification from the AHA required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
