Our advantage includes great patient ratios and a weekend shift differential of $3/hr.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, and specific care needs.
• Actively observe residents, reporting any changes in physical or mental condition to the charge nurse.
• Maintain accurate, timely resident records within our EHR systems.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Long-term care experience is preferred; newly certified candidates are welcome.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Schedule

Full‑time openings on 1st and 2nd shifts; every other weekend required.
