About the Role
Grow your career with Brookdale! Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) have opportunities for advancement into roles such as Medication Technicians (QMAP), Home Care Aides, and Nurses. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact while developing professionally through ongoing programs focused on health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care.
- Provide resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs.
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.
Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required, and certification must be maintained.

To support associates in their journey to become a U.S. citizen, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725 (less applicable taxes and withholding), for qualified associates who have been with the company for at least a year. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Pay
Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience.
