About the role
Brookdale Centre of New England in Coventry, RI is an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The management team has over 180 years of combined experience. New hires are paired with a mentor throughout onboarding and for ongoing support. Flexible schedules are available.
Schedule
- Full Time and Part Time 2nd Shift – $2.00/hour shift differential
- Full Time and Part Time 3rd Shift – $3.50/hour shift differential
- Additional $1.00/hour for weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide seniors with personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift
- Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy
- Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
Requirements
- Current CNA license (State Tested Nursing Assistant – STNA in Ohio)
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA/STNA course
- Must maintain certification

Pay
Base pay range is determined by the applicant’s skills and experience.

Brookdale advances naturalization (Form N‑400) application fees up to $725 (less taxes and withholding) for qualified associates with at least one year of service.
