Join Our Care Team Bluebird Wellness Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities

• Resident Care Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene; Help residents with mobility, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment; Ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable at all times.
• Daily Support Tasks Change bed linens and maintain clean, wrinkle-free bedding; Make occupied and unoccupied beds; Respond promptly to resident needs and requests; Explain care procedures to residents before assisting.
• Team Communication Participate in shift report and communicate with nursing staff; Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses; Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (active and in good standing)
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Ability to read and write in English
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• No experience required - we will train the right candidate
