About the role
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The position involves providing direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures while ensuring the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as directed
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of resident rooms
- Document resident care in accordance with regulations
Qualifications
- Must be certified as a nursing assistant by the department of Health
- Previous nursing facility experience preferred
