Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Current certification in Healthcare Management or related field.
- Experience with hospital information systems and software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
