About the role
RegalCare at Greenfield, a leading healthcare provider in Greenfield, Massachusetts, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide basic care and support to patients, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
- Newly certified CNAs encouraged to apply
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
