Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in daily living activities such as meal delivery, turning, and ambulation.
- Support personal hygiene needs of residents.
- Monitor residents for health issues and report to supervising nurse.
- Document resident food and fluid intake.
- Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
- Maintain resident beds and clean living areas.
- Transport residents within the facility as needed.
- Collaborate with nurses and other staff members.
- Comply with professional standards and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of residents and facility data.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required).
- One year of experience as a CNA (Preferred).
