What You’ll Do as a CNA

- Provide compassionate care and support to patients. - Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support. - Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output while keeping accurate records. - Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being. - Observe and report any changes in patient condition to ensure the best care.

What We’re Looking For

- Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Minnesota - High school diploma (or equivalent) - Six or more months of experience in a nursing facility (preferred, but not required) - Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
