Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), 1st shift Full-Time

About the role

As a CNA, you will assist with personal care and daily activities, provide companionship and emotional support, monitor health and administer medications, encourage resident engagement in activities, maintain a safe and clean environment, and communicate with residents, families, and care teams. WesleyLife is committed to revolutionizing the aging experience and offers open shifts for full‑time first‑shift (6:00 am‑2:30 pm) positions at the Washington, IA location (1015 S Iowa Ave).

Qualifications

State of Iowa CNA license required.

Schedule

Open shifts available – full‑time first shift (6:00 am‑2:30 pm).

Pay

Starting pay rate based on years of experience. Shift differentials: 2nd shift – $3.00/hr, 3rd shift – $4.00/hr, weekends – $1.00/hr.
