Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, dental hygiene, and room tidiness.
- Collect routine specimens.
- Take vital signs.
- Perform various restorative care activities.
- Assist visitors and answer telephone calls at the nursing station.
- Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of residents.
- Answer call bells as needed and complete drying/checking rounds.
- Record intake and output.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition, safety issues, and potential hazards.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
Pay
