About the role
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs) to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
- Accompanying clients to their appointments.
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections).
- Follow care plans and agency protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) Certifications
- CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Recent TB Test Results
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills
