Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

TLC Nursing Center is seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. Located at 212 Ellen St., Oneonta, we provide compassionate care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.
• Providing assistance with mobility, including transfers and toileting.
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant information.
• Aiding with mealtime activities and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Engaging in companionship and emotional support to promote socialization and well-being.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing a background check.
• Passing a drug screening.

Pay

$39,927 per year
