Certified Nursing Assistant
About the role
The Arbor Company is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for our luxury assisted living and memory care community. Starting salaries range from $20/hour with higher pay available based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living
- Absorb and assist residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for residents
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Create a safe, engaging, and home-like environment
- For Memory Care positions: Provide consistent, reassuring, and compassionate support for residents experiencing memory loss
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Memory Care experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including full-time shifts (7:00am – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm), part-time shifts (7:00am – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm), and every other weekend

Schedule
Full-Time Shifts Available: 7:00am – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Part-Time Shifts Available: 7:00am – 3:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Every Other Weekend

What We’re Looking For
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
