Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
- Absorb and monitor medications as directed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient/resident care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients/residents
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid certification
- 0 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Ability to work a FULL_TIME schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Caregiver must have a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
