About the role

The CNA performs assigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs as assessed by the RN. The CNA supports nursing personnel in providing nursing care to patients and assists with providing a safe, quiet, clean, organized environment for nursing care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Performs assigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs as assessed by the RN.

Requirements

  • Montana Nursing Assistant Certification License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of an orientation program

Skills

  • Ability to perform full scope of CNA duties
  • Ability to orient to and maintain competency working on all inpatient nursing units (excluding FMC)

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
