About the Role

As a CNA, you'll provide direct care assisting residents in their daily activities. You will have the opportunity to grow your career, work in a culture dedicated to integrity, joy, respect, and excellence, and build life-changing experiences with our residents.

Responsibilities

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care
• Maintaining proper care records
• Reporting any changes in resident’s conditions
• Interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public

Requirements

• Active State-approved Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing
• 18 years of age or older
• Food Handlers Permit as required by State regulations
• Previous experience working with the elderly (preferred)
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
• Ability to work responsibly as a team member and individually
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
• Honest, fair, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality and privacy
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
