Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and activities of daily living (ADLs) during shifts.
• Perform oral hygiene, including denture care.
• Document patient care records accurately, including input and output (I&O).
• Support charge nurses with resident needs and treatments as directed.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant registered in the DFS registry.
• Genuine concern for geriatric patient welfare and willingness to provide compassionate care.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Attend required in-service training and staff meetings.
