What You’ll Do (Under RN/LPN Supervision and a Written Plan of Care)
- Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful hands-on care
- Support daily living activities and independence (e.g., personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, community engagement, and transportation to appointments as assigned)
- Accurately document care and observations each shift in a timely, complete manner
- Collaborate with the supervising nurse and local office team to ensure quality care and service continuity
What We’re Looking For
- Active Mississippi CNA listed on the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry (MSDH) (required)
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance (role may include client transportation per care plan)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
