What you’ll do

(under RN/LPN supervision and a written plan of care)

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful hands‑on care.
• Support daily living activities and independence (e.g., personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, community engagement, and transportation to appointments as assigned).
• Accurately document care and observations each shift in a timely, complete manner.
• Collaborate with the supervising nurse and local office team to ensure quality care and service continuity.

Requirements

• Active Mississippi CNA listed on the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry (MSDH) (required).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance (role may include client transportation per care plan).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.

Schedule

• Day and evening shifts.
• Monday–Friday options.
• Weekends (rotating or as needed).

Pay & benefits

• Pay: $13.00 – $15.00/hour, based on experience.
