Certified Nursing Assistant
About the role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents daily. You will operate on the front lines ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect, and choices within their lives. Your responsibilities include providing direct resident care, reporting condition changes to RNs or LPNs, and charting in the POC system.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care
- Report condition changes to RN or LPN
- Chart in POC system
- Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
