About the role
Partner with clinical staff to execute ordered medical procedures, ensuring high-quality, safe, and accurate care delivery for all patients. Facilitate activities of daily living and personalized support, maintaining patient dignity while optimizing comfort and mobility through skilled transfers and transport. Monitor and document changes in patient physical, mental, and emotional status, providing critical, real-time insights to the nursing team to support timely clinical interventions. Uphold rigorous safety and hygiene standards by maintaining orderly patient environments and identifying potential hazards, ensuring an immediate and effective response to emergencies.
Requirements
- Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- BLS Provider preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
