Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Aid with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Perform routine housekeeping duties
• Collaborate with the client’s health care team to monitor and report on any changes in the client’s condition
• Promote the positive image of Addus HomeCare as a leader in home care services

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year experience in in-home care services or a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test

Schedule

Employment is steady and hours can be flexible to accommodate various needs. CNAs are able to work up to 30 hours or more per week.
