Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking certified nursing assistants who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a CNA, you will assist patients with daily activities, monitor their conditions, and report any changes to the care team. Your role will also involve assisting families during their health care journeys with love and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Maintain patient hygiene and cleanliness.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.

Requirements

• Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
• At least 1 year of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
