Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other daily living activities.
- Assist with transfers and repositioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
- Respond to call bells and residents' needs promptly.
- Document care provided according to facility policies.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania CNA certification in good standing.
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- New grads are welcome to apply.
