Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident
• Create a warm, home-like environment
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space
• Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team
• Maintain documentation and safety standards
• Weekend and holiday availability required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred
