Responsibilities
- Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed practical nurses
- Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist with ambulating and transfers
- Take and record vital signs
- Maintain the confidentiality of resident and facility records/information
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
