Certified Nursing Aide

About the role

We are currently looking for Certified Nursing Assistants for both day and night shifts (7 a–7 p and 7 p–7 a). You will work closely with licensed nurses and other team members to meet residents’ needs and ensure high-quality care. Duties include assisting assigned residents with bathing, feeding, daily hygiene, toileting, lifting, turning, and repositioning.

Qualifications

• Current and active Nursing Certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current and active Nurse Aide Certification
• Ability to work independently and make timely decisions to meet residents’ needs
• Flexibility to adapt work habits to residents’ or nursing staff’s needs
• Tactful and effective communication with residents, families, and visitors
• Ability to read and understand standard English
• Willingness to collaborate as part of a caring team

Pay

$17.08 to $23.12 per hour, plus a retention bonus for full-time employees up to $10,000.
