Responsibilities

• Providing clinical support – assisting with mobility, physical therapy exercises, and medication reminders.
• Mastering personal care – high-touch assistance with hygiene, dressing, and daily living.
• Being the eyes and ears – monitoring nutrition and vital observations to ensure client safety.
• Building real bonds – providing the emotional and social support that defines the ASQ experience.

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island CNA License (Required).
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to serve clients in your surrounding county.
• Basic computer skills for effortless reporting and communication.
