Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Support resident’s physical, emotional, and social needs
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for some positions)

Pay
- Salary range $21.00-$24.50/hour, based on experience
- Second and third shift differentials: $1.50/hour
- Weekend shift differentials: $2/hour
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available for both shifts
- Part-time positions require working every other weekend, 8 hours per week
